online ordering/delivery

I have a trip coming up this weekend. I usually order from garden grocer and have it delivered to my resort. This trip, I only need juice boxes and a case of bottled water (24 count would be fine). I went online to order and they now require a minimum $40 purchase and the delivery fee is up to $12. Does anyone have suggestions for another online service? I really don't need $40 worth of stuff and would hate to just order junk to get to the $40 min.

Thanks for the info. I just submitted an order online for wegoshop.com . I was even able to order beer! I'll let you know how everything works out once I get back.

I spoke to Amy, very nice lady, and she explained about ordering 2 times while a disney (we are doing a split stay). I placed an order for our trip coming up in Nov.

We just got back today. We used wegoshop.com and were happy with the service. My husband was even happier that he could add beer to the delivery. I was a bit confused at first too. Because they shop from different stores, there's no way to have a "list" to pick from. You just type in what you want and they shop for it. They will call you to confirm the order and answer any questions you might have. I would use the service again.

Another trick I've read being done when you only have a handful of items you want is to order from Amazon.com and have it ship to the hotel. Everything would need to be non-perishable and I wouldn't recommend using their regular free shipping because of the wide range of arrival dates, but the prices would be close to normal retail and shipping costs should be cheaper than a deliver fee.

If you will not be available they will charge your credit card and have bell services hold it for you, but they are very flexible with times and will meet you to be able to be paid with check or cash. Amy is very nice and accomodating. We are using them for the 1st time for Thanksgiving and if you want, just call her and talk to her first.

You don't have to give them a credit card number if you are meeting them at the room.

Yes, I was given the option of paying ahead of time with a credit card or at my room with cash or personal check. I wanted to pay cash. Amy will set up my delivery time about two hours after my flight landed to give me time to get to the resort on the Magical Express bus. I did online check-in so I got into my room pretty quickly. It all depends on when you arrive at the resort.
