Online National car rental help needed

I'm trying to rent a car in Tampa for arrival in 2 weeks. When I use the Ent. book contract code and free weekend day coupon I get a quote for Emerald Reserve. When I substitute the Amex contract code(and keep the same coupon code)I can't get a quote. The website tells me Em. Reserve isn't available for this location or this car class or the selected time. Has anyone had this type of problem. Should I just keep trying or call them? TIA.

What are your days/times? Can't duplicate your attempted reservation without this information. Using 1/15-1/22 for example, Emerald Aisle (intermediate) or Emerald Reserve (full size), I can get rate quotes without difficulty.
