Online Menus not Accurate

It would be nice to place a note that "menu changes all the time" on restaurant website. I only expect the same service I try to provide in my job. I'd have a lot fewer customers if that was the way my company was run. Still having fun at WDW, but now know to call ahead if something I'm really looking forward too.

Yes! We went to Pinocchio village haus and the description said chicken parm sandwiches. When we got there they definitely didn't have that. When I looked on the actually menu on mde it wasn't there either. So why is it in the restaurant description? Its not a huge deal but I was looking forward to something different then pizza...

Menus will change, some more than others, like the signature restaurants. Online menus are not guaranteed, they are more to just give you an idea of the type of food served.

As someone with multiple dietary problems this is a huge bugbear of mine! My choice is to go to places where I don't need to make a fuss and have something on the menu. I don't like the attention of a chef coming out and making something for me especially. So i pick our restaurants based on that. I check the menus the day before and day of to make sure there's still something there. It's so frustrating to arrive to find that the menus changed sometime ago and online menus have not been updated

Signature menus DO say their offerings are seasonal.

Oddly the most stable menus are often the QS and chains (Rainforest Café).

Almost all the menus have changed since the park opened. Complete locations get re-themed.

A few menu items are noted as a signature dish- and those often reain for quite some time.

I also know that a umber of buffets keep relatively fixed menus that alternate on odd days. Like MWF and T/Th (not sure of the weekends). The Boma soups come to mind.

All restaurants can only serve items they are able to procure from vendors. Fresh fish, for example, is a challenge.

Chefs also move around, and take some items with them.

It used to be (fairly recent) that when you looked online WDW had a scanned menu. Signature ones said seasonal. New version has a general disclaimer.
