I believe to purchase these online you have to buy a package. Could be wrong but here is the info I found including a link. Good Luck! When you open click on the red circle that says "Express yourself".

FYI: When I phoned Universal about this they did not say I needed to buy a package.

One good reason not to buy them pre-trip is that they are marked with the date. What if you can't get to Universal that day? Money wasted!
