Well, I had an issue customizing my Magic Bands so I called WDW tech support. The CM that I spoke with was courteous, efficient and helpful.
Just giving credit where credit is due. These people have a lot on their plates right now, but they are patient and doing a good job as far as I can see.
The CM that I spoke with made the call feel magical while taking care of my problem. It was fun speaking with her.
I may not be a great fan of the changes in FP+, etc. However, I am happy with the CM's that work so hard to make our vacation magical.
Thank you to any CM's reading here! You are such an important part of any Disney vacation. Thank you for your pleasant attitudes and hard work!
