Online frustration - please help

I keep getting that dreaded Error code when trying to retrieve my reservation. Thanks to the boards I at least know it is a error code, but how please can I get beyond it? I called and got all the ADRs but after trying a number of restaurants I couldn't get anything for January 1. I want to keep searching online and can't get past the error code. I've tried deleting cookies, using IE and Firefox, using my husbands computer... After waking up at 3 am to do this I'm getting cranky. Any help is appreciated!
 
I definitely feel for you! I was in the same boat Sat morning at 3am. Still can't get the system to take my reservation ID but I am almost to the 90 day mark for my last day so I figure I can tweak anything I may want to tweak then.

Thanks for understanding! At least I'm not alone, but it is mighty frustrating. Just by luck my new computer was delivered at work today so I tried on that (brand new, no cookies) and still no luck!
 
I keep hoping when my 90 day comes up - that it will magically work for me - but by reading the posts here, I know that's just not going to happen!
 

I had no issues booking online...with one exception...Christmas Day. I was able to book LTT online but not CP--called and got it but could not book it online.
