Wondering what the general consensus is: I have never done the online dining reservations, always called. Has anyone tried it and if so which method did they prefer online or calling? Just getting excited Monday I can finally make our reservations..yahoo :yay:

We just made our adrs a week ago & it was the 1st time we were able to try the online system. I really liked using the online system - it was very easy & I was able to book all 15 of our adrs in about 25 minutes.

Thanks for the info..good to know. Hope you were able to get all the rezzies you wanted. My 180 day mark is Monday so I just have that feeling whether online or phone..going to be a slow process...:surfweb: hopefully can get the CRT for breakfast-- my 4 y.o. would love that. We have done the princesses dinner at Norway but this year going to do CRT (hopefully) :worship: along with the 1900 Park Fare Dinner...

Have a great one!! ;)

Thanks - we were able to get all adrs we wanted on the exact days & times we wanted :woohoo: We got CRT for dinner - this was the only one we called in for because we wanted to pay OOP for it & go ahead and put it on our credit card. We called at 7:00 & got CRT on the exact day we wanted & the time we wanted - I don't think CRT is as difficult to get anymore, so I don't think you'll have any problem getting it. Hope you get everything you want on Monday! Good Luck - here's a little pixie dust just in case...pixiedust:

i love the online system, I have had to change ours around a lot to due to a change is dates and did everything with no problem and even added a breakfast Tuesday morning for starwars weekend and got the time I wanted, it was great. :thumbsup2

I used the new online system last week to book ADRs for our trip in May-June. Because the opportunity to take this trip came up quickly and the time to plan was short, I was somewhat concerned about what dining reservations were available. Much to my surprise, I was able to book all the ADRs we wanted with the exception of Le Cellier - which is difficult to book even under the best of circumstances. I was able to get the restaurants, dates, and times I wanted for the entire week. It was a quick, easy process and much more successful then in the past when I have had to make numerous calls to get everything booked. The new system is definitely a welcome improvement! Kudos to Disney for the new online system! :yay:

I go tomorrow for my ADR's, is it true you can book them online starting at 6am EST? Did anyone find anything difficult about it?

I ended up calling this morning...was speaking to a live operator within 2 mins!!!..my computer was having issues..

Yes, you can book your adrs online starting at 6 am. I booked my adrs online a little over a week ago and was surprised at how easy & smoothly the whole process went. I would, however, advise to go onto the WDW website ahead of time and become familiar with the dining reservations - you can practice a little bit without actually having to "check out" and book the adrs.

Excellent, thanks for the advice, I'll do that today just to get acquainted with the look and feel of it.

Bookmark the reservation pages for the restaurants you want, ahead of time. This makes it faster once you start making ADRs -- you can just choose the bookmarked pages and your dining cart and resort reservation (if you associate it) go along with you. Otherwise you're using the dining site's search function to find your restaurants.

we booked all our reservations but 1 (afternoon tea at GF for some reason the option isn't there for tea) online.

it's easy and usually (but not always) gave us 2 time options unless the exact time we chose was available.

we even got breakfast at cinderella's castle booked (good thing too because the next day it was all sold out)

it's easy and you get all the confirmation numbers emailed
