Online Dining Reservations vs. Calling 407-WDW-DINE

Does anyone know if the online dining reservation system that we have access to through "disneyworld.disney.go.com/reservations/dining" displays the SAME information that customer service reps see when we call 407-WDW-DINE?

I ask because for the past month I've been looking to get a reservation for a certain time, and I've had no luck. I wasn't sure if there might be some times available that I can't see but Disney representatives can.

They should be seeing the same, but you could get lucky by calling. They don't always see the same information it seems. And it can also just be a timing thing - someone cancelled something right when you were calling.

We called last minute and were able to secure reservations at CA Grill-best table in the place. So you never know. I would always call for last minute cancellations.
