I had no problems today..at 7am EST for check-in 12/25/11. got everything I wanted, easy process, got confirmation emails on them all....

I have been trying online since late Sunday night! Glad to hear it's not just me or my computer. Extremely frustrating as I don't have time to sit on hold to make them by phone (and they are usually closed by the time I get off work!). Grrrrrrrrrrr is right!

Trying using Internet Explorer, if you aren't already.

I was having issues too (Mickey head, "I'm thinking" screen) and I saw in another post that switching to Internet Explorer helped (I was using Firefox). I tried again and used IE and it worked! Hope this helps!

BINGO! I just switched form Firefox (which still isn't working) to Internet Explorer and had instant success. Kind of weird since I have been using Firefox to book my ADR's for 2+ years?!

yeah I would like to "fire" my fox but that takes too much time and skills that I don't have. IE can be difficult at times with how slow it gets at times...like someone put sludge on explorer.
