Hi to everyone, my question is my Granddaughter (10) as of today hasn't started the process of her passport for our N.Y. - Bahamas cruise in Nov. Is this going to cause a problem with online check-in since I would say it would take a good 4-6 weeks to get her passport. Sometime in August. Thanks

Not a problem, you can still do online check-in. Either make up a number (i.e., 123456789) or check that she is using a birth certificate. You can go back into the online check-in as many times as you wish to change/update info, up until 3 days prior to embarkation.

Yes, try the birth certificate input. Get going on the passport process. It's busy season for the passport offices. Especially if this is her first passport, it takes longer than a renewal.
