Online checkin trouble

I just tried to do the online checkin but when I got to the room requests window it didn't work. You could click and launch the window..it says you may put in up to 2 requests but then it doesn't let you type! Anyone else have this trouble? I cancled for now but am not sure if i should do the rest of the check in anyway. I have requests that i put in when i made the ressie with member services..even if i can't enter them at the online check in should they still be recieved anyway?

I think you can check the requests they have the system programmed to handle, if either or both are of interest. I did not see a provision for narrative.

Actually, I had the same problem and couldn't find a drop down box with preprogrammed requests either.

Same thing happened to me today. I just continued checking into BLT without requests. There was nothing to choose, and I couldn't type in my request. We check in this Thursday.

I just did the check in without the requests. but I did call member services today and double check that the requests were still there....i had to get a miss-spelled name fixed anyway!
