Online Checkin/ Celebration Question

I'm doing the online checkin and it asks if we are celebrating something. Is this something special with a fee, or is it just the pins and Mickey photos they hand out? I'm travelling with First Timers and thought it would be nice for them.

They give you some buttons that say you're celebrating your first trip to Disney. Kind of fun to wear, however, for first timers.
