Yes. You can also complete the check in process, get your port arrival time and print out the boarding form, and then go back in later to update your payment selection, means of arriving at the port, etc.Hi
I can while doing the online check in
put cash only instead of cc
and change this arriving at port ?
thanks
Sort of. You can put in a credit card or cash as a payment option for each person individually during online check in. However, if you put in cash for someone, you don't change that when arriving at port. You will do that by going to Guest Services once onboard the ship.Hi

Yes, I remember replying to you in your other thread(s) about this.given I used my cc platinum status and foims are booked as my husband and BIL
and other room as me and my sister
I was worried about
stateroom with hubby 2 different credit cards
and my stateroom 2 différents credit cards
but as one poster said I can put 1 credit card for hubby and one for BIL
and one for me and one for my sister and we will have 4 independent room bills if I got this correct ?
i am right on this ?
Thanks for your help and patienceYes, I remember replying to you in your other thread(s) about this.
Don't worry about the stateroom arrangement for this part; it really has little to do with what you're trying to do. Each person will have their own onboard account, and their own folio (bill). Again, this happens regardless of who/how many are in each stateroom, so don't worry about that.
It sounds like you want to be able to use 4 different credit cards, one for each person. You can absolutely do this. You can either enter the credit card info (for each person individually) during online check in, or to your earlier question, you can put 'cash' for them during online check in, then go back and update with credit cards numbers later (or once onboard).
Yeah, I can see where strategically putting people in different staterooms to maximize Platinum benefits can lead to other things being stressful/confusing. With regards to onboard accounts and payment methods thought, it really doesn't make a difference who is where, because each person has their own onboard account and associated payment method. Thanks for your help and patience
this dcl cruiser is always worried at any upcoming cruises lolll
looking like a newbie this time around but this was the first time though that we used our platinum status to make someone benefit from it ( palo in this case
again a big thank you and a nice weekend to you
Right, but each person has their on onboard account and you have to enter a payment method for each. Not trying to argue with you, but OP is concerned about couples being in different staterooms and how to handle credit cards for them. So yes, while each stateroom is a single entity, each person has their own onboard account and has a payment method tied to their account, not to the stateroom as a whole. So have each half of the couple in different staterooms won't be an issue.Ship Accounting views each stateroom as a single entity.
