Pardon me, but I’m easily confused. When doing online check in, do they want us to upload a photo of the front of our passport or the inside where our pictures and information are? Thanks

Inside page. AFAIK you just need the main info page, not the signature page, as well.

They want the page with your photo and all of your information (eg, name, country, DOB, passport number, etc.)

Note that they will also ask you to upload a photo of yourself. That will have to be a separate And recent photo of yourself with a plain background. The passport is used for official verification. This photo will be used when you’re entering/leaving the ship, when you’re charging to your KTTW card, etc. it’s a replacement for the photo they would’ve taken at port during check-in.
