Online Check-In?

I thought your window for online check-in opened at 12:00 midnight EST? Well, its 12:15 am, and my window will not open. The window to book activities opened but not check-in.

Does the window for check-in open later, like 6:00 am?

Book an activity. You can go in and cancel it later. That "unlocked" the online check-in for me.

I realize this is much after the fact, but it might help someone else.

Thanks, I actually did book an activity and that didn't work. I did everything I could think of - clear cookies, tried other browsers, tried other devices - nothing. It finally opened up for me at 1:30 am. So now I'm going to be incredibly tired at work today! :faint:

I was disappointed as all the reservations for Palo were sold out except for embarkation day. I guess I was at a disadvantage as this is my first cruise and I couldn't book until 75 days out.

It's not unusual for one or the other window to be delayed in opening. Sometimes both may be delayed.

It is worth asking when you board about Palo. If you don't mind eating early there are quite often early evening bookings still open each night.

Yes, definitely check about Palo right when you board! We were able to get a reservation easily that way for both dinner and brunch. Usually the window for both does open at 12AM EST... we just did ours a couple weeks ago and I did both without issues though Dug720 may have a point... I did our reservations first and then online check in so I may have unknowingly "unlocked" something. I'll try the reverse next time!

And keep checking back online too. People make reservations and then change them often, as plans change. Chances are, you will get what you want!

Thanks everyone for the advice. :thanks:

On embarkation day, do I go to Palo to make the reservation?

There will be a place for dining changes. I've always seen it in the "atrium entry" restaurant - the Royals on the Dream class or Lumiere's on the Magic. I don't know where it would be on the Wonder though since that equivalent MDR (Triton's) is used for one of the lunch options. It will be listed in the Navigator you get in the terminal.

You go there and they can see if they have anything on your desired date.

(That said, I LOVE kicking off my cruise with dinner at Palo!!)

In the past, they've used (what was) Wavebands on the Wonder for the dining changes/Palo reservations. Maybe they're doing that again.

OK, just checked a recent Navigator - it was in Promenade Lounge for Palo/dining changes.

I'm on the Fantasy, the three night voyage that's scheduled after the ship completes dry dock. Looks like from a recent Navigator, I would need to go to the Promenade Lounge.

Thanks again!

Double check it that day - two years ago it was in Royal whatever is on the Fantasy (I never remember which has Court and which has Palace).

I'll check the Navigator on embarkation day to make sure where I need to go. They typically have them in cruise terminal, correct?
