For lack of finding a more appropriate board, I will ask here. First, I was under the impression you had to get to 30 days from arrival to do online check in. We're arriving in August, and it is available to me now. So, I plan to request a loop in FW. My main question is, the credit card they have on file is the one I used for our $200 deposit. Can I change the credit card at a later time, after doing on line check in, or am I roped into keeping the same one?

You can change your credit card at any time, but if you do, make sure to confirm that they have the new card on file when you check in. I've had a problem where they tried to use an expired credit card that I had taken off my profile. For some reason they still had the wrong card in their system. Supposedly it was a glitch that was affecting many guests and they have worked to find a solution. But I would still double check at check in. The Disney tech guy said that I should delete the old card one day and then return the next day to add the new card. I did that and haven't had a problem since, even though I have changed the credit card on file twice since then.

You can call reservations and change it. Any time I've made a payment to my reservation over the phone they ask if that is the card I'll be using at the resort. You can call right before arrival even.
