Online Check In

I just tried to check in online and it wouldn't allow me to enter in special request information. Is there a trick to this? It comes up with prefilled wording about "up to two rooms" "no guarantees", blah blah blah but I tried to delete that to enter my room request and it wouldn't allow it. Thank you.

No, unfortunately there's no trick. Different resorts give you different options for online check in, so whatever pops up is the only option you can pick.

The best way to add requests that you don't see is to call and add it to your reservation. As long as you know that no request is a guarantee, they'll be glad to make a note on the res.
