Online Check In

Don't know if this has been recently addressed, but are you any more likely to get a specific requested building if you do the online check in? We're driving and have had no problem getting what we request when we check in early in the day, but if we are a late afternoon check in I know it can be iffy...... Appreciate any insight we can get.... Thanks!

One has nothing to do with the other. Getting a request has to do with room availability; online check-in allows you to place a cc. On your account and place a time of arrival.

Precisely what PP said.

In fact, since online check-in has you list your time of arrival, they may take that into consideration if they need to switch rooms around if they have issues, etc.
