We used our points to stay at the Grand Floridian and are thinking of doing the online check in for the resort. If we do the online check in and aren't happy with the room assigned to us can we go and talk to someone at the main desk to possibly switch rooms? Is there someone at the desk where we pick up our online check in packet that can tell us specifics about the room (2 beds or one, high floor, low floor etc.) or does that need to be done at the front desk? What have been your experiences with the online check in when using points vs. paying cash for a reservation? Thank you!
