Online check in. What can we request? Staying at ASMu

We leave in 18 days! We are staying at ASMU suites, and my patents are coming as we'll. I made sure to get them a preferred room so there was a better chance of our rooms being close together. The CM when we booked said he would make a note that we are traveling together as we'll. I'd like to see if we can get rooms NOT at ground level. Is this something we can request during online check in? Or can I call in a request?

It is best to call and add your request to your reservation.

I did both, I called first and then did the online. I only request a specific bldg. and I got it
