Online Check-In? What am I doing wrong?

I've never done online check-in before but I figured I would try it.

I went through the whole thing, then got to # 6, 'Confirm or add special requests.' I clicked 'Add a Special Request' and the 'Room Requests' box pops up and says I can make up to 2 requests. The problem is I can't type them in anywhere, not in the pop-up box and not in the room requests box in # 6.

Did I miss a step somewhere?

I don't think you missed anything. AFAIK, that request box has never worked for DVC reservati0ons. If you had MS note your requests on your reservation, that's all you can or need to do.

I called about that the other day and was told it doesn't work. MS was able to add my requests to my trip for me. I'd call them tomorrow if I were you.

Online check in wasn't made for the DVC we just pay to use it. As PP all requests should be made with MS and noted on your reservation.

Yep, been told this too. All request need to be made by MS...the online checkin doesn't really work for us. The only thing it lets me do is put my cc info in....yes, that part always seems to work!

So far we have not used online check in, seems we always walk right up to a CM at the check in counter while there is a line at on line check in, plus we get to meet and talk with the CM, which is always a nice experience, makes you feel like your home.
