Online check-in - unable to select a room request

I am going through online check-in and was able to edit some items, including my credit card. However, when I get to the Room Request section I only see "select", with no choices. I've tried Chrome, IE, and Safari - same on all. My check-in is in 5 days. Has anyone else had this experience, and were you able to fix it?

Which resort are you checking into? That would help determine which options you'd expect to see. I use Google Chrome with no problem. I'm looking at AKL checkin.
You could always call in a request to be added to your reservation. You could also send a fax.
 
I'm trying to check into the Poly, and based on these boards the choices should be Balcony and a couple of others (I've forgotten now). It's just so odd that it's not working on any browser. I thought I had read about this issue before, but couldn't find it in a search.

I remember for a while it wasn't working...your best bet is probably to fax in a room request 5 to 7 days in advance.

Nah, not odd at all actually. Typical MDE glitching, unfortunately. The room selection choices seem to come and go. They've been working lately but not surprising to see someone having an issue with them again. I'd just call them in or use the Touring Plans fax service using their room finder. Though if you check in in 5 days I'd call. Around 5 days out is when they assign rooms
