online check in trouble

anyone else having trouble doing the online check in today?

It worked for me yesterday. "Working" for me doesn't always happen. Have you gotten it straightened out?

it's not even bringing up my reservation if I plug that in. Any ideas who to contact?

Are you trying from the members site. If from there, you don't have to enter the number. It's strange that I did on line check in yesterday and today I got an e-mail reminder for me to check in on line. So, maybe I only think I did OK yesterday.

At first I was doing it on the DW site, which I had done with no problem when we went in July and stayed at BLT. Now I went to the member site and did it with no problem. Wonder why I could do it on the DW site in July but not now? Oh well, doesn't matter, I'll just do the member site from now on, since I'll be doing it again in a few days for our transfer over to BLT. Thanks for you input, it's appreciated. Now, just playing the waiting game.
