Online Check-In Service question

I've added a room preference to my reservation for the BWV. (High floor, near elevator). I understand these are in no way guaranteed.

Will using the Online Check-In Service increase, decrease, or have no affect on my chances of having the room preference fulfilled?

Has anyone ever used the service and found that their room preferences were ignored or taken into account?

Requests on the online check in will show up in the system for sure, so they will try to give you that if it is available.

Your best bet is to check in early and let them know you will wait to get a desired room if not immediately available, but still do the oline - they will have your request and you might have a much shorter line.

For a recent stay at AKV Kidani Village I had requests for Pembe Savanna and a low floor. I did on-line check-in and got 3rd floor on the Pembe Savanna.
