Online Check-in & Safe Passage still pending

My Cruise is next week. I turned in our party's my citizenship documents & photos a couple weeks ago. Safe Passage on Monday.

Should I try to get in contact with someone? Will I not have access to my cruise reservation if Safe Passage is still pending?

Don't worry about your check-in being "pending". A lot of us saw that until 2-3 days before sailing.

I'm less sure about Safe Passage, though. You might want to give them a call.

We just sailed on the Dream a week ago and didn't get off "pending" until about 24 hours prior to PAT. Safe Passage should confirm by text a couple of days before cruising, too. You still have to take a nose swab test when you get off the bus at the Canaveral terminal in a tent and wait about half an hour before getting results, again, via text. Your most valuable document of all through this whole process is the Port Arrival Form...don't lose it!!!

Pardon me for borrowing your thread, but I started scanning our documents today (then found out it was too early to do Safe Passage). Do I save then in PDF or JPEG format?

(Probably not necessary to add them I'm a non-techie senior )

I just got cleared by Safe Passage. I submitted a PDF record from my state's health department (Did this because I thought I lost my CDC card) while my dad submitted the aforementioned card. So both formats are acceptable.
