Online check in room requests

Several weeks ago I put in our room requests through online check in. They were highest floor and lake view. About a week ago, I was double checking everything and the only request listed was highest floor and no second request. I've tried several times to add the lake view and it just wouldn't work. So tonight I tried highest floor and landscape view. Now the only one the system is showing is landscape view. Is this normal or should I call to see what Disney is seeing on their end. Oh, and I do understand these are only requests and we'll be fine regardless. Thanks!

If a request is very important to you, then I would call and verify the requests showing on the reservation. To be honest, I've never double checked my requests after doing the online check in, so I don't know if anything dropped off MDE - but I have received the requests most of the time so I would assume they were in there.

Call and have the telephone CM tell you what requests are noted on your reservation. If it is landscape view instead of lake view, ask and they'll change that for you.
