Online Check-In-Room Request

I remember having this problem in the past...

I'm doing my online check-in for next weekend and trying to make a room request and don't seem to be able to type anything in the box.

I've tried IE, Chrome and Safari. Has anybody had any luck doing this and could lend any hints as to what I may be doing wrong.

I'm checking in to Kidani Standard, if it matters. Just wanted to request 2nd floor (Lobby Level) and close to the lobby. LOL

I don't think you can make requests using online check-in. I've never had any success trying either and I vaguely remember reading where it isn't supported. I think your only option at this point is to call MS.

All room requests have to be done through member services. I always make the "close to the lobby request" at Kidani as well. LOL.

Maybe it's just me, but they really should remove the option if it really isn't an option.

On-line check-in was designed for CRO guests, not DVC. The option works for CRO guests but I believe that they only have a few items with check boxes.
