There is something majorly wrong with the reservation system. I called and changed resorts the other day so I logged on to make sure everything was correct. Well besides having to wait forever for the screen to load I found that my park tickets were not showing up and my balance is wrong. So I called Disney to make sure my park tickets were still on my reservations and they are. They must be having some major technical difficulites b/c it's still not working right. I wonder if it has something to do with all the updates they are doing to the reservation system??




There's no difference at all between the packages (same billing, dates, resort, etc) short of a digit or two on the actual confirmation number, but mine worked online and hers didn't.
