online check in/reservation system still down?

There is something majorly wrong with the reservation system. I called and changed resorts the other day so I logged on to make sure everything was correct. Well besides having to wait forever for the screen to load I found that my park tickets were not showing up and my balance is wrong. So I called Disney to make sure my park tickets were still on my reservations and they are. They must be having some major technical difficulites b/c it's still not working right. I wonder if it has something to do with all the updates they are doing to the reservation system??:confused3
 
I tried to book my ADRs online this morning and could not do it. I had to do it by phone. Still, some of the restaurants were being glitchy and could not be booked at the time, according to the rep.
 
Since I will be there this time next week and can't verify my restaurant confirmation #'s on-line I called this morning and all my numbers are still good.

I tried to look them up by the confirmation numbers but it was saying they did not have that reservation. I called and was assured that they were all still there and that they don't all show up on line. I thought they did before. I trust they are in the system as long as they were able to find the ADR's when I called, If not I think there will be 100's of people at the restaurants with no ADR's. The CM said later in the week I should be able to see them on line, we shall see. :hippie::cool1::hippie:
 
I was able to use the online check-in for POR earlier today (Sunday) with my family's confirmation number, but my MIL couldn't get hers to work for her room.

The kicker is she and my FIL paid for the trip! :lmao: There's no difference at all between the packages (same billing, dates, resort, etc) short of a digit or two on the actual confirmation number, but mine worked online and hers didn't.

System seems hinky.
