Online Check-in Problems?

*I was trying to do an online check-in this morning and keep getting stuck on entering a Hotel Account PIN. There doesn't seem to be a way to add one on the page. I can't skip that either or I just get an error message saying missing information. Anyone experience similar?


*This is an actual occurrence, not joking. Something with the website seems to not be working perfectly like normal.

I have never been able to do check in on the app- it will never accept my credit card, yet on the desktop site it works fine, really odd
