Online check-in problems

I have been trying for hours to do online check-in. It is not working.
Anyone else having problems?

It works better for me when I do it online and not through the app.

I can just go to the desk and do it if necessary.

I actually usually have better luck through the app. On the website you might try an incognito window in Chrome. I've had success w/that in the past when having issues.
