Online check in problems?

I am trying to do online check in and I am getting an error message saying it cannot be processed at this time and to try back later. Is this normal?

Same thing happened to me. I've tried for 3 weeks and it won't work. Found site mydisneyreservation.com on the lovely disboards. I tried it yesterday and worked. Even got my email confirmation.

Thank you! I tried for a few days to no avail, but this worked and I got my confirmation email right away!
