online check in problem

I tried to check in online this past Sunday for a following Sunday check-in. I got all the way to the part where it shows all the party members. I noticed my wife was not listed. I called DVC and the lady said she is on the res. but since I didn't see her she took her off the res and then put her back on. I went back and did the same procedure, but this time when it takes you to the secure reservation page it list a few details, but it now says in red "you must be 18 to check-in." If you push the continue button it thinks for a second and goes back to the previous page that says you aren't 18. I called DVC back and they looked at it and tried a "back door method" which gave me the same result. I gave it 24hrs and used my work computer and I get the same thing. Called again and the guy was helpful but couldn't figure it out and is sending it to the tech dept.

Bottom line I'm I the only ding-dong that this has happend too? Anyone else.
