Online check-in not working?

A few days ago I received my “get ready” email for our trip next weekend. I’ve been trying for 3 days to use the online check in, but I keep getting a Goofy error. Literally, the error shows Goofy, and says “Sorry, we encountered an error”.

Anyone have any ideas?

Okay - finally found where to do this in the MDE app directly, and that worked fine. Apparently the link from the email isn’t resolving correctly.

I have been trying to check in on the MDE app and on the website and it’s not letting me. Been trying last two day.
