Online check in not available?

I've been trying to do a online checkin for a couple days and haven't be able open that page. My stay is in six weeks at okw. Can't complete it on the members site or my dis experience page. Any help would be great, thanks.

The online check in link on the member website actually links you to MDE.

Try a different browser or try clearing your browser's history and cache.

You can also use the MDE mobile app to complete online check in.

Still no luck, gives me HTTP500 server error can't display page. I'm sure I'm out of my league here, computers aren't part of my normal world.

Have you tried the App? I have a DVC reservation for January and I have not been able to check in using MDE on my computer for the month or so that I have been trying, used the App yesterday with no issue.

The request dropdowns haven't worked for awhile. Just call Member Services with any requests.

I had the same problem very recently. After trying numerous other fixes, including those suggested above, called the MDE phone number provided for assistance. What I was informed, and which others may have, is that my DVC reservation was not "properly linked" to the MDE check-in system, which the person on the phone was able to correct.

Thanks to all responders with suggestions, we ended up talking to tech help at MDE, seems check in won't work on internet explorer, said it works better on google chrome. So last night my wife tried that, still couldn't display page, next step, download app, success! For someone like me, with limited computer experience, getting around these sites is getting tougher. I sometimes ask my grandkids to help me out with stuff.

Glad you got it to work, I had tried Edge, Chrome (regular and incognito) and Firefox to no avail, app worked the first time though.
