Online Check-in Issues

I was wondering if anyone else is having trouble with online check-in. I'm staying at Port Orleans Riverside for the entirety of the trip. When I click to add requests and amenities, the results that pop up are 100% for the Polynesian Resort. There are options like: Fiji Building, Hawaii Building, Surf's Up Section, etc.

I called Disney yesterday to try to figure out the issue, and they said that they were updating the site that day. I said, "Ok... I'll try again tomorrow." It's been a day - same result. I just wanted to get this online check-in off my to-do list!

Is anyone else having this issue or had it before? What can be done to correct it?

I've seen multiple reports of this lately. The online check in gives either options for the Poly or All Star Sports. No idea what's causing it, but you're not alone.

You're not alone. I tried the online check in a couple weeks ago and got options that applied to one of the All Stars resorts, as the previous poster noted. I ended up just calling to have my room preference noted.

I've done online check in for two resorts (Pop and POFQ) and they've both had Poly and ASSp as options. It also had options for the actual resort as well. Just ignore what doesn't apply and you should be fine!

Me three. I got the same options when I tried to do on-line check-in for GF!
Can't make/change on-line ADR's either.
