Online check in help please

I've just tried to do OLCI, it allows me to check in me DH & DD but not DS! It says I have to check him in at the airport! I called VA and the guy looked into my flight and everything is correct eg name, DOB,seat request etc but theirs a note next to his name only saying "check in at desk". He did say not to worry but it's something I could do without :-( Any clue to whats happening?

This happened to me on our return flight in May. There was no problem so try not to worry
