online check-in for guest using points

Hi All..

I made a five night reservation in a studio for our DDs boyfriend who will be with us for the first half our of June trip.

I tried to do online check-in for him last night (the reservation is in his name) but was unable to do so. There was a link for me to do it, but when I clicked on the link it took me to my reservation (the one for my family) instead of his.

Is this a glitch or can I not to online check-in for him since he is a guest staying on our points?
