Online Check in for BCV??

We arrive the end of October at BCV and our online check in is soon. And I was wondering if I check in online can I still go to the counter to finish checking in and get my special buttons I have for my family? I don't know if I should do online check in or not I prefer face to face help at times. Is there one better over the other?

You can still go to the check in counter if you do online check in. I like to do online check in in hopes that it increases the chances that my room will be ready.
