Hi all. My online check in/excursion date is approaching fast. We are a family of 6 and have two connecting rooms. Since each one has its own reservation number, do I have to go through the process twice, on both reservations? What happens if we cant get all 6 of us for the same port arrival time or excursion? Just trying to figure out how to do it efficiently!

If both rooms are the same CC status, so that your booking windows open at the same time, and the 2 rooms are linked, when you log into the first reservation and start the excursion process, after selecting the excursion you want, you will have the option of selecting the people (from both reservations) you wish to book on that excursion.

I think that the PAT is different, however. I believe you would have to log into each reservation separately for the online checkin process. That's where the PAT is. Chances are, if you do them back to back, you'll most likely be able to select the same PAT.

to do the online check in and get PAT you'll have to do each reservation separately. Do your's first and then then when you do there's your cc will pop up etc.

But for Palo, excursions... when you enter your reservation and go to book something all 6 names will pop up and you just click on who is going.

As I had started to wonder the same thing. Does anyone know if you have to wait for 12am of the day you are allowed to log in, in your own time zone- for example, isn't it midnight 3 hours sooner on the East coast than for those of us on the Western side of the US? We also have 2 rooms for the family with separate reservation numbers so I appreciate that you thought to ask this!

It's midnight Eastern Time. If you're on the West Coast, you can log in at 9pm. And I've heard that you must re-login (i.e. re-retrieve your reservation) after the booking window opens -- you can't just sit at the site and refresh.

Really appreciate knowing, nice because it keeps things fair no matter where you live but I wasn't sure it was possible unless I somehow set my computer on EST- Thanks- I will give it a try when our date comes up :cool1:

Got on at 11pm cst and was just as you said. I could do excursions togethet but had to do seperate check ins. The second check was fast as payment was all there and most info was in the drop down box. Got the time I wanted!!
