So I switched up my reservations yesterday, from Coronado Springs to Yacht Club -- same dates, March 3-9. Yesterday, MDE showed online check-in as available in 91 days.
Today, it has the option to Start Check-In. Should I just ignore this? Or is it a problem that I should alert Disney about?
Aha! I got that too when I was clicked on Start online. The app lets me get a bit farther (but I didn't keep going until I got an error -- don't want to confuse the system too much).
I had this happen today too but I was able to go all the way through the process and it now shows as all set. Figure I will check it again 60 days out when I do the fast passes.

I think you would still be able to make a phone/fax request. I figure if it all disappears there shouldn't be any harm and if it doesn't I will just call Disney at 60 days to verify the requests
I had five days to go, but it said "Start Check-In" so I went ahead and checked in. Sweet. Only a drop-down menu for room preferences, though. I wanted to write "Close to transportation," but there was no box to type in personalized requests.
We arrive in 146 days and it is letting me go all the way through on my computer. The only thing is it has my location request wrong...
I put 70's building at Pop first and then highest floor second because I would rather be in the 70s than have the highest floor somewhere else. I've tried changing it many times and it won't let me.
I had this happen to me as well. I called last week to add DME and to change our checkout date since we'll be flying out Saturday instead of Sunday. I can go all the way through, but I haven't submitted yet either. Our trip's not until May so we're still quite a ways out. Too bad it wasn't ADRs or fastpasses.
