You can do either one first. Whichever is more important to you to get to earliest.

Just be sure that you are Paid in Full by your Palo booking window opening date.

Yes, you have to be paid in full, and DCL has to have time to process your $$$$. We were paid in full several days before DCL got around to marking our account paid, so we couldn't book until their records were updated. not amused.

Usually a couple of days is o.k. We had several people going and it was well over a week before they had all our $$$$ recorded.
