Setting up Online Check-In for my parents, and I see that it says their "Hotel Account PIN" has already been set up. I've done all their trip arranging (they don't even know how to access their MDE) and I never set up a PIN for them. I see a note that says "To reset your PIN please visit your Disney Resort hotel Front Desk for assistance." Does that mean they need to go to the desk before they can use their Magicbands to charge anything to their room even though they have done online check-in?
