Online booking question - error?

Just wanted to check something. We just got our access to the member site today. Everything worked well for an hour or two - so far I've booked one waitlist and one vacation stay:goodvibes

Now I'm going back to try and book late November so we don't lose some 2010 points. I can log in, but I get an error when trying to go to the online booking page. I assume this is just a system issue, and they aren't just smacking me because I've been checking everything from here to eternity :rotfl:
 
Maybe I didn't word my question properly. I was wondering if there is something in the system that only allows you to be online for a certain time, or make a certain number of requests?

I do see where it will log you out after 20 minutes.

Things seemed to work ok later in the evening.
 
Any time I use the online booking then exit from it I will get the error message if I try to go back. I have to completely close the browser and log in again. Usually I am using IE and will just bring up a Firefox window to get back in if I do not want to exit out of my IE pages.

After you log in to the members' website, immediately log out. (Do not even go to the vacation center). Then clear your cookies, cache and history. Now when you log back in all should be well.

To prevent the problem in the future, be sure to log out every time you log in to ANY Disney site. Re member to log out of the Vacation Center if you will be inactive for more than 5 minutes or so. If you get the error message again, repeat the instructions in the first paragraph.

As you found out, the system will kick you out if you are inactive for more than 20 minutes. When that happens, your log in ID can get messed up.

You can look and "what if" as many times as you wish. There is no limit AFAIK.
 
Thanks so much for the help.

Part of my problem is a very slow internet connection, but with the hints here, I should be okay.
