Online booking issues

I am having a ton of issues with the online site. First, my Disney account seems to be have unlinked with DVC as I am getting the "what's your access code" screen. I imagine I need to call MS to get my access code as it is long gone. I think this is because I have two Disney accounts, one from long ago and they are intertwined and a mess. I feel like the Disney websites operate together but seperate, and not very well.

But, this wasn't a major issue since I could log in with my husband's account. But, he has no "Book Now" or when I try to click on My Vacations/ Book Online, I am unable to. I don't actually need to book, I just wanted to play around with options for an upcoming trip, but it is frustrating. Has this happened to anyone?

First of all, make sure you're not signed on to ANY Disney site. (You may have to go onto the various sites to sign on/off to make sure you actually are signed off.) Then clear history/cookies/cache. And you may have to restart your computer. That SHOULD take care of the issue. If you STILL have a problem, it COULD be Disney. (I've had that happen.) But usually clearing history/cookies/cache works. Also some browsers work better than others. I use Chorme, and that seems to work pretty well.
