I've been trying to book online the last 3 days and it gives me the dinosaur page. I've tried with both my account and my moms. I've tried on two different computers and different browsers. Nothing seems to work.
 
It was working for me this afternoon And I just tried and it seems okay. Might need to call.
 
You need to call. There must be something wrong that is specific to you. I have been on the site off and on for the past few days and have always been able to access the system.

Is it working for you now? I'm trying to search dates for a future trip and keep running into a Rex (from Toy Story) error page. Have tried my phone, laptop, different browsers....
 

Disney is reportedly merging accounts again if you have the same email for more than one Disney-related account, such as ESPN, Disney+, DVC, MDE, etc.

You really need to call if that's what has happened to you and there's really no way for you to tell on your own if that's what happened. When you call MS, select the option for technical assistance.

Yes, the whole DVC system is down. I just called and the CM said their system is down along with the online system. No ETA on when it will be up.
 
I have been trying since 8am to add a day to my reservation. I finally got it all they way to the final step and now I'm stuck watching the wheel go round...currently on hold since about 10:05 with member services to very my reservation went through...very annoying. Sure hope it went through...
 
Turns out I can't update my reservation by one day because it's leap year!!! The system doesn't recognize 2/29 so I can't add the date I need...technology, got to love it!

That's weird. I had no issues updating mine. I currently have a reservation starting on 1/29. 🤷‍♀️

I'm seeing a related issue... trying to book a full week from 1/29/21 - 2/4/21, and nothing will come up beyond the end of January 2021. Disney programmers strike again.
 
I was able to complete my reservation this morning with no issues. Funny that Disney can't cope with leap year. I wonder how people who had reservations for 2/29/20 worked it out....
 
A couple hours ago I was getting a weird blue screen with a smaller box superimposed with Chinese like characters in it. It happened twice and I logged out.

I've been on the booking site (stalking for October) twice this morning. Just tried again and all is normal. Suggest you try clearing out all your cookies and cache or go to private browsing. If that doesn't work, you'll have to call for technical assistance. Good luck!
 
Thanks CarolMN after a few tries, clearing cookies and going to private I finally got it! :cheer2:
