Is there a problem with the system right now or am I just having no luck tonight??? There is a very odd message coming up when I try to log in.

When I try to retrieve my resort reservation to start the process, it is asking me to either open the file or save it to disk. The inital screen to plug in all of my info is different. When I scroll down the page to type in the ages of guest it is saying I am timed out. I was planning on getting up at 3 to get my ressies but if it is not working, I will call at 7. I am so frustrated

The same thing is happening to me. Does anyone know what is going on? The new format is really weird, and not nearly as user friendly. I hope this is not permanent...
