Wow

I can't believe the phone call I've just had with WDW customer service.
I'm eligible to do my ADR's on Saturday June 27th and want to try the online system, so after reading all the posts on this thread, I decided to check what phone number was in the WDW system.
CSR wouldn't check for me
She said I should just call in instead
I also wanted to upgrade my tickets from 5 to 6 days.
She said.... Do it at the park window when you get here and basically didn't want to help me at all
Seems like some WDW CM's on the phones need some customer service training!
It cost me a long distance call from Canada and I didn't get anything I wanted accomplished!
