I know. My post was aimed at those those who booked with Disney (Wish I was in WDW and madmumof2).
A lot of us have booked with Disney, but accommodation/ticket/DDP packages, although not flights. Presumably Openride hasn't got anything to do with those reservations.
I guess I can't complain as the deal I got was way better than what is available to US customers, but it's frustrating when you can't get the information you need... or can't even get someone on an 0870 number to pick up

The US CMs I spoke to were charming ('How can I make your day more magical?') but obviously out of their depth. I got as far as one of them being able to tell me my first name and an old email address based on the information I gave him, but after that he looked up and gave me the 0870 number
