Online ADR will not confirm my reservation

I am trying to make ADR's at our 180+ 10, and the online system will not confirm our resort reservation. Has anyone else had this problem?

Yes. I am having it now, and reportedly it's been happening since last Saturday. Just our luck! We are doing a split stay so I have to book again in 3 days- truly hoping problem is solved by then. I am now just trying repeatedly until the phone lines open in 45 minutes.

Same problem here. I read about it happening over the last week as well. So frustrating.

Yup- very annoyed, but I'll have to wait for the phone lines to open at 7. I was hoping I could zip in and reserve everything before having to get the kids ready for school, but no such luck!

YES!!! VERY annoying!!! Got my first day's booked but won't recognize the other days of my trip...or my reservation. So now I get to be on hold driving to work and I'm sure it'll run into me being actually at work! Ugh!!!

It's happening to me, too! So I called the dining reservation line at 7:05, I've been on hold for about 20 minutes and it's a 30+ minute wait time right now. I also have three little kids who are going to be awake soon that I'll have to ready. I'm so frustrated!

Me too! So annoyed. We're doing a split stay so I could only make reservations for our first day. Now I'm on hold with Dining and luckily it's only a 15 minute wait.

My 180+10 day was March 4th, and I couldn't make them online then either. Had to call at 7 am.

My 15 minute wait this morning really was just 15 minutes and I got everything I wanted (including what may have been the very last dinner seating at Ohana that night!).

I had problems at my 180 day mark (kept asking for my resort confirm then booting me out). I switched to Firefox and it worked - maybe worth a try!

I had the same problem on Saturday morning. It was so frustrating that I got up at 5:30 for nothing. I called right at 7:00 and without any wait at all, we got everything that we wanted within 30 mins of when we wanted it. The one that wasn't available at the time we wanted it was Fultons - who would have thought that at 180 days + 5, that Fultons wouldn't have been available. Good luck to everyone.

I ended up calling in at 7 too- it said 6 minute wait which was really more like 18. Regardless, had a great CM who set up every ADR within minutes of when I wanted them. We are a party of 7 so she did get the separate table warning a lot. Trust me, we would love to be seated at a separate table from the kids!

I had this same problem at 6:30a.m. this morning and had to give up. However, I just called and a CM picked up on the second ring and I got all of my choices. Total time on phone was about ten minutes. This is for September 16 - 21st.

We're going the exact same dates! I was also (thankfully) able to get all of the reservations I wanted, AND the CM suggested making a reservation to get my son's first haircut in the Magic Kingdom, so I made an appointment for that, too. He'll be having his first birthday while we're there...hopefully he'll have enough hair for a trim by then.
