Online ADR system - ?

Is the online ADR site blocked until 7 am as well on your 180th day or can you get on at midnight? Can some one please clarify this for me. TIA

You can make ADRs online at 180 days from the the arrival date at a WDW resort beginning at 6 am EST. Phone lines open at 7 am EST.

Someone posted somewhere on disboards that they were able to make their ressies online an hour before Not sure how true that is but you can bet that I will be on my computer on 6/19 at 5am (Texas time) to see if I can
